Despite his unremarkable beginnings, Sotha Sil showed a vast intellect and great potential in the magic arts even from an early age. He was born once an ordinary Chimer born in the small city of Ald Sotha, in the country of Resdayn, during the early First Era. Like the other two thirds of the ALMSIVI, Sotha Sil wasn't always a god. To the Tribunal Temple, Sotha Sil is the Light of Knowledge that brings inspiration to craftsmen and sorcerers, and the 'transcendent evolution' of the Daedric Prince Azura, as it is believed Azura was Sotha Sil's 'anticipation' during the Dawn Era. By far the least known and most mysterious of the Tribunal Gods, Sotha Sil is the creator of the Clockwork City, a hidden metaphysical construct which serves as his home and workshop, through which he is able to forge the future and reshape the world. Sotha Sil, also known as Seht, is one of the ALMSIVI, the three immortal God-Kings of Morrowind, alongside Vivec and Almalexia. Azura's words weigh heavy, but we have discussed the words of gods already, have we not? Now the Dwemer are gone and the Chimer are changed. Its location is unimportant, as I am its only citizen. My city is where I live, and I live in my city. I have even heard it told that my city is contained within a jar on the Lady Almalexia's mantle. Others claim it is deep in the ground beneath Ebonheart. You ask where my Clockwork City is? Some say in the swamps of Black Marsh. But in a true hand, a sharp blade may carve history. Beware the warrior, as her steel may not distinguish friend from foe. Is the Lady Almalexia a god? As surely as is Lord Vivec.Īlmalexia is a warrior.

Yet for poetry to sieze the heart, it must ring with the chimes of truth. Trust not the words of a poet, as he is born to seduce.
